An enquiry is the beginning
Submitting a request or clicking “Request Next Steps with This Agency” records an enquiry or follow-up intent. It does not confirm inventory, receive a tour payment or state that resources have been booked.
Read the agency’s contract
The named agency confirms its own proposal, contract, payment schedule, booking conditions and emergency contacts. Ask which legal company is responsible for the whole itinerary and any subcontracted services. Proposal terms may differ; there is no single platform-wide cancellation policy replacing agency contracts.
Payment and resource confirmation differ
An agency can report that payment was received while hotel rooms, tickets or other resources still need confirmation. Ask for the precise status in writing. The platform records these states separately.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact the agency identified in your contract using its verified channel. Explain the requested change and ask for written costs and consequences under that contract. ChinaTourCo can record and assist with the concern but cannot promise a refund or rewrite the agency’s terms.
Withdrawing an enquiry
Withdrawing your platform enquiry stops future sharing and revokes platform access. It does not cancel an agency contract, recover previously sent emails or reverse a payment. Use Contact & Support if you need assistance.
