Future referral arrangements
If agency introductions become available, ChinaTourCo may receive remuneration under a genuine cooperation agreement. Applicable commercial arrangements and any traveler-facing fee must be disclosed before proceeding. We do not claim that commercial relationships never affect pricing.
Comparison principles
An agency proposal should retain its legal source, scope, version and validity. A lower total does not automatically make it the best choice. Multiple brands belonging to one legal company must not be presented as independent competing agencies.
Traveler payments
ChinaTourCo does not collect tour payments. The identified travel agency is responsible for its own travel contract, company payment instructions, refunds and booked services.
