Using ChinaTourCo
ChinaTourCo provides travel information and email-verified interest registration under the ChinaTourCo service brand. Public guides do not require an account. The first requester must be an adult and should use an email account they control.
Planning information
Example routes explain pacing and city choices. They are not confirmed offers, inventory or promises that an experience is available. Check official requirements, venue rules and actual agency terms for your own dates.
Trip enquiries
A submitted request records your travel interests for review; it does not reserve resources, accept a tour payment or confirm a booking. Agency matching is not yet open. Suitable agencies, proposal numbers, response deadlines and the availability of particular travel services are not guaranteed.
Private access and sharing
Do not share verification codes or attempt to access another traveler’s records. Personal information is not automatically sent to agencies. A named recipient and sharing scope must be shown for a separate decision before personal information is provided.
Agency contracts and payments
A licensed agency must issue and stand behind its own proposal and travel contract, collect tour payment through its verified company channel, and explain changes, refunds and support. ChinaTourCo does not collect tour payments, make visa eligibility decisions or replace an agency’s contract terms.

Contact [email protected] or use Contact & Support for website and enquiry concerns. For an already booked trip, also contact the agency named in the contract. Withdrawing a platform enquiry does not cancel that contract or reverse a payment.
