Tell us your preferred destinations, approximate dates, group size and interests. Verify your email to save an enquiry. An enquiry does not book travel or reserve a hotel.
02 — Review & permission
Operations checks the request against current coverage. Before personal information is sent to an agency, your private space shows its legal identity, the exact summary, the information involved and the purpose. You decide separately for each agency.
03 — Compare real proposals
Each participating agency prepares its own proposal. We retain its source, version and validity and show differences in hotels, transport, guides, inclusions and cancellation terms. There may be no proposal, one proposal or several; the number is never guaranteed.
04 — Request next steps
Ask questions or request a revised version. When ready, use “Request Next Steps with This Agency”. This records your interest in further confirmation, not a confirmed booking.
05 — Contract directly with the agency
The agency confirms availability, issues its travel contract and verified company payment instructions, and provides or arranges the services. Agency-reported payment and resource confirmation are separate records. ChinaTourCo does not collect tour payments.
