Who we hope to work with
Agencies with current licenses and an appropriate business scope, a verified company contact, reliable English communication and the ability to issue and stand behind their own travel proposals and contracts.
What verification involves
We review legal identity and license evidence, coverage, guide languages, service hours, booking and refund procedures, emergency support, subcontracting arrangements, company merchant payment channels and a documented cooperation agreement. A license alone does not demonstrate English-language delivery.
How the first version works
Operations prepares a minimal enquiry summary and obtains the applicable traveler permission. Agencies receive only the approved material through a verified channel. They do not receive competitors’ prices or the traveler’s entire original request. First-version proposals are reviewed manually, with source and agency confirmation retained.
