ChinaTourCo is the service name used on this website. Contact [email protected] for questions about your enquiry, information access, correction, deletion or sharing choices. The brand is not presented as a licensed travel agency.
Information you provide
The trip form collects your name, email, broad travel dates, destinations, party counts and travel preferences. Budget, hotel preference and another contact channel are optional. We also store verification records, private conversations, consent decisions and support messages needed to handle the request. Marketing permission is separate and optional.
What not to send
Do not send passport scans, payment-card details, detailed health records, children’s names or birth dates through the initial enquiry or support forms. Those forms are intended for ordinary planning information.
Use and delivery
We use the information to verify your email, provide private request access, review your interests, communicate about the enquiry and handle support. Verification messages are delivered through Resend, which processes the recipient address, message content and technical delivery information. Support messages are recorded in the operations workbench.
Sharing with an agency
Agency matching is currently in preparation; original enquiries are not broadcast to agencies. Before personal information is shared with a specific agency, your private space must show its identity, purpose, information scope and exact summary. You decide separately for each recipient and can withdraw future sharing permission. Already-sent material cannot automatically be retrieved.
Technical services and cookies
Hosting and content-delivery services process technical requests such as IP address, time, requested URL and browser information to operate and protect the site. Session and security cookies support authenticated areas and form protection. We do not install advertising trackers or session recording. The home-page planning fields appear in the planning page address; do not put sensitive details in them.
Storage and retention
Enquiry and support records are held in a restricted database; private files and protected backups are outside public web directories. Records are kept for handling the request and necessary follow-up, support and security. You may request deletion or correction; we review what can be removed and explain where a record must remain for an unresolved issue or applicable obligation. Withdrawing an enquiry is different from cancelling an agency travel contract.
Your choices
Use your private sharing page to decline or withdraw permission, and the request page to withdraw an enquiry. For other information requests, email [email protected] from the address associated with the record. We may verify identity before changing or disclosing private information.
