Separate the trip budget from a quote
Your total travel budget may include international flights, agency services, personal meals, insurance, local spending and a contingency. An agency quote covers only its stated services. Do not assume that one number represents everything.
Explain the price basis
State the currency, group size, whether your budget is per person or for everyone, and whether international flights are included. Children may have different hotel, ticket and transport arrangements; request the actual basis rather than assuming a universal child discount.
Know what changes the cost
Dates, city sequence, room occupancy, hotel location, transport class, private versus shared guiding and service hours can change the proposal. More cities can mean additional transfers and hotel changes without adding much useful experience.
Compare the complete scope
Request itemized inclusions and exclusions, payment schedule, quote validity, supplements and cancellation terms. A low headline amount is not automatically a better option if it omits essential services.
No invented price bands
This guide does not publish unsupported “from” prices or pretend to offer current inventory. Share a budget range or say you are undecided, then assess an actual agency-issued proposal for your dates.
